Taking a deep breath
If you have a lot of stress in a moment, have no idea, you can consciously do three deep breaths.
Rest for a while
If you are insufficient in time, you can have a snap,eat some snacks,read an article or take a walk.
If you have enough time, taking a bath, doing some exercise, watching movies or talking with friends…
Venting
Punching on a pillow or running 3 circles…You should choose that ways which will not be gulity after venting
Visual cure
Close your eyes,imagine that you are standing in a forest, wheat field or at a lake.
Making this imagination as vivid as possible, as if it's in front of you.
Recalling some happy moments
Most anxiety comes from more desire.Recalling some good things and persons that you cherish and care about,recalling the moments that made you sastified.

Admit to yourself that there are difficult things,although you tried hard,you can't achieve it.It's OK
