How To Use Protain Shaker Water Bottle?

This protein shaker water bottle is made up of 6 parts as picture shown.

You can put protein powder into 3 or 4. If you need to take pills, you can put them in 6, then put 6 into 3.

The blender is mounted under the lid.

Put some water first, then pour protein powder, close the lid tightly and shake the bottle until the powder melts.

Tips:

1.Please rinse the cup as soon as plssible after drinking,and dry by air.

2.The water must be warm(close to body's temperature）,hot water will break the protein structure and cold water will not dissolve easily.
