What is silk printing?

Screen printing is a printing method that transfers ink through the hole of the orifice plate to the substrate through pressure. Principle of Silk Printing: Pre-plate making, mainly paper template or other plate, produces holes on the plate base to pass the ink, and then through scraper extrusion that is pressure, transfers the ink on the plate to the product through the mesh hole to form a pattern.

What is water transfer?

Water transfer printing is a method of printing pattern transfer paper onto the surface of the substrate by water pressure. The process of water transfer printing is to make water transfer paper first, then transfer the temporarily soaked flower paper to the surface of the product, after drying, put it in the oven to bake, and finally coat it with oil to ensure its firmness. Water transfer printing is to use water pressure to complete the transfer printing. It is mainly applicable to the printing of ceramics and glasses.

What is heat transfer?

Heat transfer printing is a new printing method that transfers the pattern on the transfer film to the surface of the substrate by heating and pressurizing. Heat transfer printing is to make plate first, then heat transfer film, and finally print the pattern on the film onto the product.

What is stamping? 

Transfer printing is a special printing method, in which the transfer head dips the ink on gravure plate and forms a pattern on the surface of the product.

Transfer process: first, plate making, which uses steel or copper gravure, polishing and carving pattern slots; then filling ink, and then using the transfer head to press the ink on the product surface.
