We are factory founded on 1998, but we do trades as well under our clients requests to help them to get the similar products and accessories since we are in plastic industry more than 20 years. And we also have some excellent supplier chain with competitive prices which could provide our clients with a completed service rang.

Q What is the expected shipping date?

Below 1000pcs, 10-15 days；
1000-5000pcs,15-20 days
Above 5000pcs or full container, 20-30 days.
More than one full container, depends on the specific quantities and the material preparation.
Please noted the mass production time based on the sample confirmed with received payment.

Q What the preparation before you come to visit?
A
Could you please provide:
a. how many people come and visit.
b. When you come.
c. Where you come.
d. The airport or the railway station.
e. If ok,please show us the products you interested.
f. How many days you will stay here.
g. Please tell us you want to visit factory or office.

Q Can I customize my own Logo and color?
A Of course, we accept the customization of color and logo.
The minimum order quantity of customization is 1000-3000 pieces.

Q Can I visit your factory?
A Yes, we always welcome your visit, please note to book the visiting schedule with us before your visiting.

Q Do you provide Inspection? Is that free charged or need to pay?
A We have Quality control department, and will check the goods with our standards, to send you the mass production photos to ensure order goes along with your requirement.
Inspection from our side we don’t charge you.

Q What is the sample costs?
A Customized logo: 3-5days, 100USD/COLOR/MODEL,1-3pieces
Customized labels/stickers: : 3-5days, 100USD/COLOR/design,1-3pieces with confirmed order (qty: MOQ 3000PCS)
Customized color: 5-7days, 200usd/model/color,with refer panton color
Customized design/shape: it requires the specification and artworks of the design, costs will base on the designs, measurements,weights, materials,technic etc.
