A For this model,we have AS/PC/Tritan materials,for AS/PC,there is no need silicone ring,it's not leak,but for tritan material,if we don't put silicone ring in the lid,it will leak.And your sample is PC material,so there is not necessary to put silicone ring.

A sorry,duo to them mould is different,glass change to plastic, it is impossible now.if you want to do plastic bottle,have to open a new mould ,the charge is about $3000-$4000.

A：PC Features: excellent transmittance, high hardness, strong impact resistance, no ductility, poor toughness, difficult to regenerate
PC Cons: BPA can be precipitated in a high temperature solution, which can affect people's fertility and is therefore blocked by many high-end markets
AS: excellent luminosity, blue background, brittle, poor impact resistance, easy to scrape flowers
Tritan ：The physical properties are almost identical to the PC, developed as an alternative to the PC, BPA-free
