We have strict quality control system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed. For defective or false products those are confirmed due to our own mistakes, we can replace and make up for you and you no need return the defective ones to us.

Q:can you please send me template for the lid so i can position the logo on there?

 

A：Hi,We don’t send the template before and I don’t advice you do this,first the template maybe damage when shipping,second the shipping fee will higher.If you has factory in your country just let them made new one is more convenience.

A:你好，我们之前没有寄过版，但是我不建议你这么做，首先版可能会在运输过程中损坏，第二寄过去的运费也会比较贵，如果你在当地有工厂的话，直接让厂里做会更方便。

Q:Why you can't make the cup to 168mm height?

A:Due to the material differentce, it is wheat fiber ,no  PE coted inside.

 Paper cup with PE to prevent liquid from leaking out or soaking through the paper.

but the wheat fiber inside don't have the PE coted (we will add oil repellent), if the cup is too  high, can't unable to  form cup.

为什么不能做168mm的秸秆杯子?
因为材料不同，秸秆杯子里面没有PE淋膜，纸杯有PE涂层防止漏水，弄湿纸张，但是秸秆材料没有这个涂层（我们会添加防油剂来防水），如果杯子高度太高，无法成型。

The shape is very similar to Disney's products. Is there any problem with  customs declaration?

(产品)整体形状跟迪斯尼的产品十分相似，海关申报会有问题吗？

 

I will check with the Disney agent to see if a letter of authorization required. If with the letter of authorization, customs declaration should be ok.
