A For this model,we have AS/PC/Tritan materials,for AS/PC,there is no need silicone ring,it's not leak,but for tritan material,if we don't put silicone ring in the lid,it will leak.And your sample is PC material,so there is not necessary to put silicone ring.

A sorry,duo to them mould is different,glass change to plastic, it is impossible now.if you want to do plastic bottle,have to open a new mould ,the charge is about $3000-$4000.
